Life in Colour is for women experiencing a midlife awakening.
It's a moment in your life when you long to explore something new, tap into your potential and connect to what you want out of life. Maybe you feel that call to action and need time and space with a coach to find your passion and direction.
You’ll embark on a journey, from where you are now, to where you want to be. A blend of traditional and creative coaching methods connect you to the process on a deeper level.
You will learn about yourself, challenge yourself, surprise yourself, uncover your strengths and explore obstacles in your way and how to overcome them.
Life in Colour is about bringing vibrancy, purpose and action into your life to enact positive, lasting change.

6 x 2.5hr creative coaching sessions (fortnightly)
Creative coaching tools: visualisation, journalling, collage, story-telling, goal-setting
Coaching exercises to complete at home to support your journey
All materials provided for in person sessions, some materials provided for online sessions
