Collage, visualisation, journalling and music inspire imaginative, colourful thinking and problem-solving.
Life in Colour is playful, profound, supportive, surprising, energising.
And absolutely no artistic skill or experience is needed!

Creative coaching gives you precious time to really explore and imagine the life you want to live.
Visualisation, journalling, thinking-time, reflection and music create a calm space for your ideas to flourish.
Trust yourself to know what you need, you are your most valuable resource. You will find the right answers if you ask yourself the right questions.
Connection

You will connect to your needs and values on a deep level through collage and story-telling.
Your unconscious mind will choose the images you need for your journey.
You will have time to arrange your chosen images on your collage in the way that feels meaningful and resonates with you.
Your unique story will emerge in the story-telling space, which I will hold safely for you.
Creation

You will decide on your priorities; what you need to let go of, and what you want more of, in your one colourful life.
You will create the life you want through bold, colourful action, on your own terms, and in the way that is right for you.
